To track your order, please check your order number in My Orders or the email address associated with your purchase. Then click on Track Order to view your order details.
Once you have accessed your order information, you will be able to see:
1. Order Overview: This includes your order number, the date your order was placed, the estimated delivery date, and the current status of your order.
2. Order Details: Here you will find a list of the items you purchased, including quantity and price. You will also see the order subtotal, shipping charges, taxes (if applicable), and the total amount paid.
3. Payment and Shipping Information: This section displays the payment method used and the shipping address provided.
4. Shipment Tracking: If your order has been shipped, you will see the name of the shipping carrier and the tracking number. You will also find a detailed timeline of your order from processing to delivery.
